We will never sell your data or use it for reasons unrelated to Evicode’s services.

2b. Legal Bases for Processing

Under the UK GDPR, we must have a lawful basis to process your personal data. These include:

  • Consent – when you’ve agreed to receive communications from us
  • Contract – to deliver services you’ve signed up for (e.g. your membership)
  • Legitimate interest – to run our business effectively (e.g. platform performance, analytics)
  • Legal obligation – where we’re required to process your data by law

If you ever wish to withdraw consent, you can do so by contacting us at contact@evicode.io.

3. Third-Party Services

We use trusted platforms to run Evicode effectively:

  • Circle.so – to host our membership community
  • Stripe – to process payments
  • Google Analytics / cookies – to monitor website traffic and performance

These platforms are required to meet GDPR and similar data protection standards. However, each has its own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.

4. Community Interactions

If you post or share information inside the Evicode Circle community, it may be visible to other members. Please avoid sharing any sensitive personal information. Evicode cannot control how other members may use the information you choose to share.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website and platforms may use cookies or similar technologies to:

  • Store user preferences
  • Understand visitor behaviour
  • Improve user experience
  • Serve relevant content

Most web browsers and some mobile systems allow you to set a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal, but there is currently no standard for how websites should respond to these signals. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT signals.
You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings.

6. Your Rights Under UK & International Data Law

As a data subject, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct or update inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Withdraw consent for any non-essential communication
  • Lodge a complaint with a data protection authority (UK: ICO)

To exercise your rights, please contact us at contact@evicode.io.

7. Data Storage, Transfers & Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data. Access is restricted to those who need it for business purposes.

Your data may be transferred and processed outside the UK, including in countries (such as the US) where data protection laws may differ. In such cases, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or data processing agreements with our partners.

By using our Services, you consent to the transfer of your data outside your country of residence, as necessary for delivering the service.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g. for tax or legal obligations).
When your data is no longer required, we will securely delete or anonymise it.

8. Children’s Privacy

Evicode is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we’ve collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Contact Us

If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your data, please Contact Us

Environmental Exposures

Modern environments expose us to hidden biological stressors every day – from pollutants and plastics to artificial light, EMFs, and poor water quality.

We help you reduce your toxic load, protect your cells, and future-proof your health in a world that isn’t built for longevity.

Lifestyle Habits

Your daily habits are constant signals to your biology. How long and how well you live depends not on one-off actions, but what you consistently do each day.

Exercise, sleep, emotional health and stress are powerful levers that influence the way you age and shape your long-term chronic disease risk. We help you build optimal routines for longevity.

Diet & Nutrition

What you eat shapes your cellular function, gene expression, brain chemistry, gut microbiome, and immune system, all in real-time.

We help you understand how food can drive inflammation and chronic disease, but also how it can support metabolic health, activate longevity pathways and protect against age-related decline and disease.
